Ronald F. Delo has been a licensed public adjuster for the past 27 years and has been involved in the adjustment of over 12,000 claims and operating as an effective policy-holder advocate and insurance claims expert. His areas of expertise include major business losses including business interruption due to fire, flood, theft and other covered peril. Leading the team of seasoned experts at Insurance Claim Consultants, Ronald has performed as the Senior or Lead adjuster on major claims up to $20,000,000.00.

Ronald remains an active member of the local community and a strong voice for the public adjusting industry. He served on the Board of Directors for The Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA) . Widely known for his expertise, Ron has served as a consultant and guest for local and national news media including, NewsTalk Radio, CNN Radio, ABC, FOX TV affiliates as well as the New York Times, reporting on public adjusting and insurance related issues.

Jeffrey “JL” Evans has been a licensed public adjuster for over 25 years. A resident of Panama City Beach since 1995, JL has served the Gulf Beach community through Hurricane Opal and the BP Oil spill. He is known for his aggressive and tenacious style of adjusting. His areas of expertise include the representation of condominium associations and complex windstorm claims. JL has served as lead public adjuster in many such claims in excess of $20 million.

JL is an active member of the Gulf Beach and public adjuster community. He has appeared in national publications such as Time Magazine about insurance claim related issues.

Lynde Tilley Carlyle is our Senior Public Adjuster managing large loss claims including, but not limited to, Restaurants, Hotels, Condominiums, Multi Million Dollar Properties as well as Aviation Claims. Lynde is licensed in multiple states, currently licensed in Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and Mississippi. She is also a member of FAPIA and manages a specialized team of professionals with proven results.

Lynde has extensive experience in Business Interruption as well adjusting claims to include Major Hurricanes, Fire losses, Tornado, Wind, Hail, and other Peril’s. She has a 99% success rate in closed claims that have went through the appraisal process. She specializes in “Claim Moralization” using cutting edge technology, reporting and expert witnesses.

Dawn Datso serves as our firm’s Secretary and Treasurer. In addition to being licensed as a public adjuster, Dawn hold degrees from Harvard and Smith Universities. Her background in academia and subsequent attention to detail brings value to the day-to-day management of our firm’s clients.

Dawn heads our corporate office in Tampa.

Mark Cram has been a licensed public adjuster since 2004. Licensed in multiple states, Mark serves as our lead adjuster and oversees our residential and commercial claims divisions. He is known for his calm and communicative approach to the insurance claim process. Mark is an NFIP trained adjuster with extensive experience adjusting major windstorm and fire damage insurance claims. He has serviced hundreds of our clients’ claims across the U.S.

Mark served in ministry and still carries his credentials. He lives in Florida with his wife and three children.

Mesrop Varol (Mez) has been a licensed public adjuster for over 20 years and a lifelong friend of Insurance Claim Consultants’ President, Ron Delo. Mez’s late father-in-law, Gene Perone, founded Public Adjusters of Florida in 1968 where Mez began his career as a public adjuster.

Mez’s area of expertise includes the adjustment and negotiation of both residential and commercial insured losses resulting from fire damage, flood, collapse and storm damage among other insured loss types. As a public adjuster, he has successfully won claim settlements in excess of $12 million. His attention to detail during the claim process and friendly demeanor has resulted in hundreds of satisfied clients and respect from the insurance industry’s most noted professionals.

Bruce Smith is a Certified Public Accountant with a specialty in forensic and investigative accounting for the insurance claim industry. Since 1992, he has served as a consultant and expert witness over 2,500 times. He has also served as an umpire and appraiser related to business interruption disputes during the insurance appraisal process.

Bruce provides loss measurement services to our most complex insurance commercial claims. In addition to being a CPA, he is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Adjuster & Inventory Specialist

Ramona is a licensed public adjuster and serves as our firm’s inventory loss specialist. She has almost two decades of experience performing insurance loss inventories across the United States. Her specialty is in high end personal property losses greater than $1 million.

Ramona is a Certified Property Insurance Appraiser and holds a Certificate in Appraisal Studies in Arts and Antiques from Rhode Island School of Design. She’s an active member of various civic and professional organizations. She lives in Connecticut where she is a proud mother of two children.
